1. Analysis of needs related to the intended use.

2. Verification of the conditions related to the legislation in force.

3. Analysis of detected pathologies.

4. Metric, topographical and photographic surveys.

5. Preparation of reports with the presentation of procedures to be carried out, definition of guiding principles and presentation of cost estimates inherent to the urban planning process. (Administrative fees, project costs, construction costs).

​B - Coordination and supervision of Studies and projects

Organization of processes, from the legitimacy of applicants to the coordination of different projects, studies and specialists in the creation of a single document.

C - Preparation, Monitoring, Direction and Supervision of Works

Analysis of written and designed documents, creation of specifications and work programs, execution of control measurements, organization of material and service supplier lists, ensuring the correct and timely execution of construction works, according to approved projects, the reality of the work, and the technical and legal standards in force.
